When they were looking for digital content that could live up to that standard, they partnered with Render Impact.

Across a range of activations, we created custom digital content designed to capture attention and hold it. Each piece was built to work seamlessly across social and in-venue displays, ensuring a consistent and engaging experience wherever it appeared.

By combining high-end 3D animation, live-action integration, and carefully crafted visual illusions, we helped transform everyday promotions into something more immersive and memorable. Vision

Seminole Hard Rock was looking for promotional content that felt bold, elevated, and immediately engaging. Whether supporting a large-scale giveaway or highlighting a global brand partnership, the goal was to create visuals that spark excitement and draw people in.

At the same time, the content needed to stay true to the premium feel of the Hard Rock brand while performing seamlessly across a range of platforms. From large-scale LED displays to social media, every piece had to look polished, clear, and impactful in any environment.

Our approach focused on delivering cinematic-quality visuals that still feel grounded and real. The result is content that not only captures attention quickly, but also reinforces the energy and credibility behind each promotion.

Execution

Each project began with a clear visual strategy, tailored to both the message and the screen it would live on. This ensured the content not only looked strong creatively, but also performed effectively in its real-world environment.

Using a combination of advanced 3D tools and thoughtful post-production, we developed custom animations that feel naturally integrated into Seminole Hard Rock’s spaces rather than added on top of them.

Techniques like drone footage, motion tracking, reflective lighting, and precise voiceover sync were used with purpose. Together, they help create a sense of realism and depth that makes the content feel immersive, cohesive, and believable across every touchpoint.

Project Highlights

AR Dice and Oculus Roulette

Format: Social-first animation for Instagram Reels and Stories

To showcase SHR’s signature gaming energy, we developed a pair of social animations designed for mobile vertical screens.

→ Reflective red dice roll through the curved Hard Rock landscape, ending with a perfect stop at the base of the Guitar Hotel

→ Inside the Oculus atrium, a custom roulette table spins within the venue’s real-world ceiling structure, combining practical lighting with stylized effects

→ Final deliverables included vertical (1080×1920) and square (1080×1080) formats, optimized for social rollout

F1 Racing Activation at the Guitar Hotel

Format: AR-style promotional content for F1 partnership

To tie in with the F1 Miami event, we delivered two unique racing-inspired animations built around the property’s architecture.

→ Three F1-style cars race up the strings of the Guitar Hotel in a stylized high-speed climb, complete with tire smoke and custom track design

→ A luxury vehicle slowly rises from beneath the Oculus pool area, surrounded by cinematic lighting and real-time reflections

→ Both concepts were rendered and composited with environmental accuracy, matching drone and lobby reference footage to maintain realism throughout

Porsche Payday Giveaway

Format: Full-screen campaign video for $1.4 million promotional event

For this luxury casino campaign, we created a 30-second promotional animation built around four 2025 Porsche Macans.

→ Each vehicle received its own hero shot, introduced with sweeping camera moves and reflective surface work

→ Shots were timed precisely to VO and music cues, with visual emphasis placed on brand integration and prize showcase

→ A key moment included the hotel’s reflection across the vehicle’s windshield, reinforcing the connection between property and prize

Hard Rock the Holidays

Format: Seasonal AR teaser with custom holiday visuals

For a family-friendly holiday campaign, we produced a 3D animated piece showcasing festive scenes across the property.

→ Santa and two elves parachute into the Guitar Hotel landscape, delivering glowing presents that transform into decorative light features

→ Camera motion and animation style were inspired by classic holiday shorts, with every scene tied into the physical layout of SHR’s lagoon and facade

→ Final shot reveals the entire property illuminated with animated lighting, designed to tease the in-person holiday light show

Holiday Spectacular Light Show Fly-through

Format: Fully 3D animated fly-through for promotional and experiential preview

To help bring the holiday activation to life before it was even installed, we created a fully 3D fly-through that allows viewers to experience the entire show in advance.

→ A smooth, cinematic camera move guides viewers through the property, showcasing key lighting moments and featured areas of the experience

→ The environment was built entirely in 3D, allowing us to accurately represent how the final installation would feel at scale

→ This piece gave stakeholders a clear visual of the activation while also serving as a powerful promotional tool to build anticipation with guests

Roaring Jaguar Giveaway

Format: Full 3D campaign video for high-impact promotional event

For this campaign, the goal was simple. Make the promotion feel as exciting as the prize itself.

→ Multiple Jaguar vehicles race through the Guitar Hotel environment in a high-energy sequence designed to capture attention immediately

→ A running jaguar is integrated alongside the vehicles, adding a memorable visual that reinforces the campaign theme in a natural, cinematic way

→ The entire piece is built in 3D, giving us full control over lighting, movement, and pacing to match the tone of a premium automotive commercial

→ The result is a fast, polished video that helps elevate the perceived value of the promotion and drive engagement

F1 Oculus AR Experience

Format: Augmented reality video with live-action integration

This project was designed to turn a familiar space into something unexpected.

→ An F1-style car rises from beneath the Oculus entrance using a custom-built 3D hydraulic lift, creating a dramatic reveal moment

→ Real footage of the space is combined with 3D elements, allowing the animation to feel grounded and believable within the environment

→ Lighting, reflections, and perspective are carefully matched so the car feels like it truly exists in the scene

→ The final result is a highly shareable visual that transforms a real location into a memorable brand moment without requiring any physical installation

Seminole Hard Rock x Florida Panthers Playoff Campaign

Format: Cinematic augmented reality social content with animated wildlife

To celebrate the Florida Panthers’ Stanley Cup playoff run, we created a nighttime 3D animated sequence featuring oversized panthers throughout the Seminole Hard Rock property.

→ The piece opens with a cinematic ground-level panther reveal before the camera pulls back to showcase multiple panthers climbing and resting across the Guitar Hotel facade and surrounding lush landscape

→ Atmospheric fog, dramatic lighting, and custom red-and-black guitar string illumination were used to match the Panthers’ “Reign Red” playoff branding while maintaining the realistic look of the property

→ Final shot reveals the full resort environment with animated panthers positioned throughout the scene, designed for high-impact social content in both landscape and vertical formats
