Grand Casino Hotel & Resort
Grand Casino Hotel & Resort partnered with Render Impact to create custom 3D content and digital art for a range of LED displays across the property. Each screen had its own role within the guest experience, from drawing attention on the casino floor to adding energy in transitional spaces. Our approach was to design content around the physical format of each installation so every piece felt intentional, integrated, and built for the environment.
Main Casino Floor LED Wall
The centerpiece of the casino floor is a 90-foot-wide LED display with a resolution of 6840×720. A screen of this scale calls for content with real presence, so we created a series of wide-format 3D scenes built to capture attention across the floor and contribute to the overall sense of spectacle within the space.
Treasure Cave
A torch-lit underground cave filled with gold and treasure, designed to feel dramatic, immersive, and visually rich from a distance.
Soaring Eagle
A majestic eagle sweeps across the sky in a loop that brings openness, motion, and a bold visual silhouette to the casino floor.
Cascading Coins
A row of bay doors opens to reveal torrents of gold coins pouring toward the viewer in forced perspective. The result is one of the boldest dimensional moments in the set.
Curved LED Display
Adjacent to the main casino floor is a curved LED display with a resolution of 2592×1024. Because the screen follows the architecture of the space, the content needed to support that shape rather than overpower it. We developed a series of abstract loops that bring motion, texture, and atmosphere to the installation while helping the screen feel like a natural part of the environment.
Lava Lamp
A flowing abstract composition inspired by lava lamp bubbles. The motion is smooth and hypnotic, making it a strong fit for a curved format.
Fireworks
A fireworks sequence that adds color, brightness, and a celebratory tone while making strong use of the display’s width and curve.
Soundbars
An abstract soundbar visualization that introduces a more graphic and rhythmic energy to the content mix.
Swirling Liquid
A fluid blend of ink, paint, and glitter-like motion that gives the screen a more artistic and textural presence.
Hallway LED Cubes
Connecting the casino to the hotel is a hallway lined with 30 suspended LED cubes, each visible on five sides. This installation turns a simple passageway into an active visual experience, giving guests something engaging to move through rather than merely pass by. With a combined resolution of 2520×1680, the system called for content that could read clearly from multiple angles while maintaining a strong sense of depth and motion.
Light Show
An abstract light show designed to bring motion, brightness, and visual rhythm to the corridor. The movement carries naturally across the cube system, creating a lively overhead experience.
Chip Spin
A Grand Casino logo coin rotates inside a forced perspective box, creating a clean 3D illusion with a direct connection to the brand.
3D Card Suit Outlines
The four card suits appear as glowing neon-style dimensional outlines. The concept feels immediately familiar and perfectly suited to the casino setting.
Abstract 3D Cubes
Animated cubes bounce within a forced perspective environment, creating a modern graphic loop that works especially well with the structure of the display itself.
Flowers
Blooming 3D flowers add a softer visual moment to the content rotation and bring a welcome contrast to the more gaming-driven pieces.
